1. Cancellation Policy
- 1.1 Customers can request cancellation within 24 hours of placing an order. Contact our customer support team to initiate the process.
- 1.2 Cancellations after 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee. Refund amounts will be determined at Ekodex™’s discretion.
- 1.3 Ekodex™ reserves the right to cancel an order if a product or service becomes unavailable or if there is a pricing or description error. In such cases, customers will be notified and a full refund will be processed.
2. Refund Policy
- 2.1 Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days from cancellation approval.
- 2.2 Full refunds are issued if cancellation is requested within the 24-hour timeframe.
- 2.3 For cancellations after 24 hours, a reasonable cancellation fee may be deducted.
- 2.4 No refunds for digital products or services already accessed, downloaded, or used, unless there is a proven defect preventing proper use.
- 2.5 For physical products, items must be returned in original condition. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or Ekodex™ error.
