This document forms a legal agreement between the individual or organization (“Customer” or “you”) and Voxtriangle Infoserve Private Limited (ekodex™). By using our services, you acknowledge and accept these Terms (“Agreement”).

We may update, improve, or discontinue features with notice when required.
All intellectual property and trademarks (ekodex™) belong to Voxtriangle Infoserve Pvt. Ltd.
Orders become active when submitted or as mentioned in the Order form.
Payments must be made on time. Fees are non-refundable unless stated in the Order.
Promotional pricing is temporary and may change after the offer period.
Billing disputes must be raised within 15 days. Repeated non-payment may suspend services.
You are responsible for all applicable taxes.
Terms depend on your Service Order. Termination requires 30 days’ notice.
Either party may terminate for breach, insolvency, or violation of terms.
Accounts may move to a limited free plan or be deactivated.
Sections like Payments and Liability survive termination.
You retain ownership of all content uploaded.
We follow global privacy and security standards.
You must maintain secure and lawful account usage.
Both parties must comply with applicable local and international laws.
